Annual affordable housing fair to be held in San Francisco on May 18, online classes on May 14 thru May 16

(SAN FRANCISCO) An annual affordable housing expo targeting tenants, current homeowners, and first-time homebuyers will be held from May 14 to May 18 in San Francisco with a series of online live classes on the evenings of May 14, 15, and 16 as well as a Resource Fair and Help Center on May 18, Saturday.

  • (SAN FRANCISCO) A company which owns four residential buildings in the Bernal Heights neighborhood and its Chinese American manager were sued by the San Francisco City Attorney's Office for illegally converting double of the units and fire safety violations.

  • (SAN FRANCISCO) Supervisor Ahsha Safaí announced legislation to co-sponsor with Supervisor Myrna Melgar in order to reform the Site Permit application process which would take up to an average of 627 days to issue a permit for a housing project.

  • (SAN FRANCISCO) 730 Stanyan, a new affordable housing development with 120+ units in the Haight-Ashbury neighborhood, is accepting applications for its public art program. The local Asian and minority artists are encouraged to submit their applications by the deadline on April 28.
